Mrs. Johnson is the first person you meet on entering our school. She knows the children well and went to Kingswood with last years group.
Mrs Johnson deals with the administration of our busy school, so what a treat to give her a break from paperwork! and give the children a treat to see her in a different light!
Throughout the week she'll take photos of the children enjoying the many activities Kingswood offers.
Mrs. Johnson and Mr Wallace will take time out to update you on the children's activities, a, sort of on-line diary!
Whilst your child is enjoying their Residential time at Kingswood you might like to leave a message for them, we cannot answer individual questions but will endeavor to cover all the children's daily activities each evening.
All you need to do is click on the 'comments' at the bottom of this post, it's really simple just follow the online instructions.
When the children get back home they can enjoy reading all your messages!

ReplyDeleteWell we are here! We have had a great time going around the park being detectives. Looking for clues to the secret questions. We all had a picnic on the grass looking at the ducks (I think they wanted my sandwich but they didn’t get any!).
We went back on the big coach to Kingswood, when we got there we had to make our beds and get our rooms tidy, Mr Wallace and Mrs Brown were laughing, but we did it. We can all help our mums on washing day now!
We have just had a lovely dinner of Tuna Pasta, Cauliflower Cheese or Turkey Burgers. We could have chips jacket potatoes with veg or salad.
I have to go now as we have our first activity.

ReplyDeleteWell, we had our first activities, they were fantastic! The group with Mrs Mewis went climbing, every body got at least three ridges up and Luke, James, Jamie and Louie Sibley got right to the top they were great. Mrs Mewis said they were just like monkeys. Mrs Brown was on the Nightline, Ben McGill was a real Leader it was very funny watching everybody blindfolded crawling on their hands through the mud, we laughed so much. In Mr Wallace’s group we went Fencing – ‘On Guard’ this is what we had to say before we started. We also had to lunge and put our arm behind our back. Mrs Johnson has took some photos so I can show when we get back.
We all had some Hot Chocolate before heading to bed. I can’t believe some people had the energy to talk in bed, but soon everyone settled and we ALL went to sleep dreaming of what tomorrow will bring.

ReplyDeleteWell we had a good night, the boys were wide awake at half past six. We all had a shower and brushed our teeth, Mrs Brown did her hair, how can it take her so long?
Mr Wallace took the boys for a game of football. It was muddy but I scored a goal!
We all had breakfast, sausage, egg and beans. I also had a bowl of cereal. So were set up for the day. Some people are going on the Quad bikes, I can’t wait!

We are having a camp fire day today and building dinosaur lands and treasure islands and making masks and rabbit plates! Hope you are all having a great time !
